Jeff Richardson/Tornado Quest is in no way responsible for any action or consequences that result from an individual(s) decision to pursue an obviously dangerous activity. Individuals who choose to engage in this activity should fully understand the tertiary, topographic, and atmospheric conditions that may be encountered during storm chasing/intercepting/spotting activities. You should fully understand and acknowledge several issues, not limited to the following:

-There are risks and dangers associated with participation in storm chasing/interception/spotting which could result in bodily injury, partial and/or total disability, paralysis, and death.

-The social and economic losses and/or damages which could result from these risks and dangers could be severe.

-There may be other risks not known or are not reasonably foreseeable at this time.

YOU HEREBY RELEASE, WAIVE, DISCHARGE, AND COVENANT NOT TO SUE JEFF RICHARDSON/TORNADO QUEST OWNED BY JEFF RICHARDSON AND RELEASE FROM ALL LIABILITY FOR ANY AND ALL CLAIMS OR DEMANDS THEREFORE ON ACCOUNT OF ANY INJURY, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE DEATH OF THE PARTICIPANT OR DAMAGE TO PROPERTY, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE EVENT(S) CAUSED OR ALLEGED TO BE CAUSED IN WHOLE OR IN PART BY THE NEGLIGENCE OF THE ABOVE NAMED RELEASEES OR OTHERWISE.

YOU HERE BY ACKNOWLEDGE THAT THE ACTIVITIES OR STORM CHASING/INTERCEPTION/SPOTTING ARE VERY DANGEROUS AND INVOLVE THE RISK OF SERIOUS INJURY AND/OR DEATH AND/OR PROPERTY DAMAGE.

YOU SHOULD ALSO BE AWARE THAT YOU HAVE AGREED THAT THIS DISCLAIMER/RELEASE/WAIVER/INDEMNITY IS INTENDED TO BE AS BROAD AND INCLUSIVE AS IS PERMITTED BY LAW IN ALL PROVINCES AND STATES AND IF ANY PORTION THEREOF IS HELD INVALID, IT IS AGREED THAT THE BALANCE SHALL, NOTWITHSTANDING CONTINUE IN FULL FORCE AND EFFECT.
